You do not need to use these forms in order to submit files for short sale processing. These are just samples that have worked well for our clients.
HOWEVER.... We do require disclosure to all parties regarding the nature and intentions of your transactions. For example, if you are going to market a property before you own it, you must have that specific right to do so from the Seller. Also, if it is a short sale, your contract must state so and contain language that Seller will receive no funds from the sale of the property.
